DOWN FROM 238 TO 167 WITH THIS TEA TWEAK

A few months ago, I weighed 238 pounds.

But yesterday, when I went in to see my doctor for a followup visit, the nurse took my weight and the scale showed 167.

My doctor was so proud of me. I began to weep.

It made me think about my journey... all the ups & downs.

First, I thought I had to exercise to lose weight.

Then, I thought it was my diet.

So I tried all kinds of diets. 

I had some wins along the way, but I couldn't keep it off.

To be honest, I started to lose hope.

Until...

My doctor told me about a little tweak I could do to my morning tea to turn my metabolism switch on... so that it burns more calories whether I am awake or asleep.

But I had nothing to lose.
