Finally! This "Tea Tweak" Took Me From 192 to 137
Now I Am More Confident Around Friends, I Sleep Better, My Hair Is So Supple & I Wear Smaller Clothes (I even fit back into my Gap jeans from college)

I still tear up when I think about when I weighed 192.
I could never lose that baby weight.
I tried everything. I worked out. I cut out foods I love. I tried every weight loss program out there.
I lost a few pounds here and there, but always gained it back.
It didn't help that life as a Mom is so stressful.
No wonder my husband and I were not intimate.
And to make it worse, I caught him staring at other women.
That made me very angry and we ended up getting a divorce... for something else he did to me.
So I decided to get even.
But after some thought I realized I could use that anger to motivate myself to do something constructive with my life.
I took my anger out on my weight.
My confidence was low. I was always out of energy. I was too burned out to spend quality time with my kids. I even started to avoid my grandkids.
That's when I realized something had to change.
But it had to be realistic. I had tried everything. And I can't just add hours to the day.
So I was keeping my ears open for something quick & easy.
And I found it.
One night I went out with a friend who looks GREAT... after having kids, like me.
So I had to ask...
"What is your secret Tina?"
She told me about the tea tweak she has been using for a few months.
I was a little skeptical at first, but I couldn't argue with her results. I saw them with my own 2 eyes.
The NEW Me (with my life back)
I asked her why it works and she said it releases nutrients found in tea. I guess some nutrients in tea can be great for metabolism... but they don't actually boost metabolism... unless you combine them with other nutrients.
That's why she called it a tea TWEAK, because she was just taking her normal tea and tweaking it with these other nutrients... and that boosted her metabolism.
That part I understood.
But the part that really was hard to believe was how MUCH it boosted her metabolism. She described it like a wood burning stove. She could eat anything and her metabolism was so strong that it would just burn it up.
She thinks her metabolism was about 50% as good as normal, before the tea tweak.
After the tea tweak, she said it was more like 200% of what is normal, like a bodybuilder.
I guess bodybuilders complain that they have to eat TOO MUCH food. Their jaws get tired, just trying to keep up with their "wood burning stove" metabolism.
She didn't even have to exercise or change her diet. In fact, she was eating a brownie while telling me this.
So I tried it.
And it worked!!!
I lost 55 pounds!
The first thing I noticed was that I had energy. I didn't feel groggy and pessimistic anymore. It just made me feel more happy about life.
The second thing I noticed was that I was less hungry. I guess the extra nutrition tells the brain that you are good to go.
The third thing I noticed was that I lost 2 inches off my waist. That took a few weeks. And it gave me confidence... so I kept going.
I kept drinking my tea and kept tweaking it and it kept working.
I started to get to the point where I actually felt like a healthy person.
So I started to act like a healthy person.
Oddly, I WANTED to eat better.
I started craving chicken and fish and veggies... when I normally would be craving pizza.
I haven't felt this good since high school. I have lost a total of 55 pounds and went from 192 to 137.
And a little side bonus...
I am wearing my skinny jeans again.
As you can see, my body has transformed.
OH YEAH... now my new husband is always staring at me. And not necessarily with my clothes on! :)
If you are struggling like I was, I recommend you try this tea tweak.
I linked up the video below that explains the science behind it.
It's kinda long, but you will see why.
There is a lot of misinformation out there and honestly it kinda makes me angry now that I know the weight loss industry has been keeping this intel from me.
